We are recruiting a nurse coordinator (IDEC) M/F to join a facility located in Santenay (Côte-d'Or), as part of a CDI.

Description
As a nurse, you will play a key role in the accompaniment and coordination of care teams. You will provide listening skills, support and availability to healthcare professionals, residents and their families. Your missions include:
- Organization of time schedules
. - Supervision of the care team
- Leading work groups and developing projects
. - Controlling the scheduling, execution and traceability of care
. - Actions promoting team cohesion

Compensation
Remuneration will be defined according to your seniority, with a simulation carried out after receipt of your application, in accordance with the CCN51 collective agreement.
